Each ZIEMEX piece of equipment is designed and manufactured in our workshops in Sarre-Union, France, with rigorous quality controls and full traceability. We also provide end-to-end support, from engineering and design through to on-site commissioning, including logistics, installation and maintenance.
- Reactors: custom design for complex and demanding processes.
- Distillation columns: tray columns, packed columns, XXL units or columns equipped with specific internals.
- Heat exchangers: welded plate exchangers (Z-compact®, Zieplate, Ziebloc™, Ziepack®), tubular exchangers (Z-tubex®), dimple jackets, heat transfer plates, Radiaplaques®.
- Fermenters: sterile fermenters, agitated fermenters, bubble column fermenters or XXL units.
