ZIEMEX designs and manufactures its equipment in accordance with the main construction codes and international standards, guaranteeing full compliance and worldwide recognition.
In particular, our manufacturing complies with the European PED (Pressure Equipment Directive), ASME, AD Merkblatt, CODAP (Pressure Equipment Construction Code), EN 13445, CODETI (Industrial Piping Construction Code) and CODRES (Vertical Cylindrical Storage Construction Code), depending on the specific needs of each project.

Our TÜV certification attests to the quality of design and manufacturing of our quilted double jackets subjected to steam. The designs developed by ZIEMEX are validated through fatigue testing and burst tests, confirming their excellent mechanical resistance to combined pressure and temperature cycles.

At ZIEMEX, we design and manufacture our pressure equipment in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) (2014/68/EU). We have obtained certification in line with Modules H and H1, representing the highest levels of quality assurance within the framework of this directive.

ZIEMEX is certified in line with Module D of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) (2014/68/EU). This certification demonstrates that we implement a specific quality assurance system in the manufacture of our equipment, under the supervision of a notified body.

At ZIEMEX, we are committed to guaranteeing the highest level of safety, quality and regulatory compliance for all our welded components and pressure equipment. For this reason, we are certified in line with AD 2000-Merkblatt HP0 and EN ISO 3834-2.
ASME – U Stamp Certification (Certificate number: 32,457)
ZIEMEX is certified in line with the ASME Section VIII, Division 1 Code for the manufacture of pressure equipment. We are authorised to use the internationally recognised “U Stamp” label of compliance.

ZIEMEX is certified by the Korea Gas Safety Corporation (KGS) to manufacture pressure equipment and components intended for use in gas installations in South Korea.

ZIEMEX is certified in line with the standard EN 1090, which authorises us to carry out CE marking on our metal structures and steel or aluminium load-bearing components. Our manufacturing complies with the provisions of European regulations on construction products (RPC – EU Regulation no. 305/2011).

ZIEMEX is certified in line with WHG (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz), the German law on water management, to manufacture, install and maintain equipment designed for the storage or transportation of substances that are hazardous to water.
