At ZIEMEX, our most important resource is our people. Behind every project, every piece of equipment and every innovation, lies a passionate, committed, dedicated team, united by the same high-quality standards.

Our employees possess a range of complementary skills, and include process and design engineers, technicians specialising in boilermaking, welders, installers, quality managers, project managers and logistics specialists. Together, they work to design, manufacture and install custom processing equipment, in accordance with the most rigorous standards.

With more than 140 employees based in Sarre-Union, ZIEMEX has all the necessary know-how to ensure your projects succeed:

Design office

Specialist thermal, mechanical and process engineering engineers design tailored solutions that the needs of our customers.

Production facility

Our manufacturing teams have expertise in all production stages: welding, assembly, polishing and quality control.

Installation and commissioning

Our on-the-ground teams ensure that the equipment is installed, tested and commissioned, both in France and abroad, guaranteeing high performance and compliance in the required location.

This industrial integration enables us to provide full traceability, excellent reactivity and consistent quality, from the initial plans to the final delivery.

At our 16,500m² facility, we design and manufacture tanks as well as custom stainless steel and aluminium boiler equipment for the malting, chemical, food processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and spatial industries.

We provide our customers with advice and services the world over, from the project launch through to start-up, and during operation.

Our team of highly qualified engineers and technicians assist our customers worldwide.

ZIEMEX employs 146 people across several departments:

  • 14 peoplein the Design Office (DO)(Bureau d’Études (BE))
  • 97 people in production
  • 11 people in maintenance and handling
  • 22 people in administration and technical
  • 6 apprentices
  • 10 CQPM (people with a joint metalworking qualification certificate)

Every year we recruit a dozen young people in partnership with the Instutit de Soudure (Welding Institute)(LIENS FR nous recrutons une dizaine de jeunes en partenariat avec l’Institut de Soudure ) as part of the CQPM (Joint Metalworking Qualification Certificate), as well as a dozen trainees or apprentices in partnership with colleges or the UIMM (Union of Metallurgies Industries).
