Head-quartered in Sarre-Union, our company approach is based on QHSE (Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Environment) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), and structured around concrete commitments which can be monitored and measured.
Our ambition is to combine technical excellence with respect for humanity and preservation of the environment.

Every project entrusted to ZIEMEX is designed, manufactured and managed in line with rigorous standards. We monitor the compliance of our products and the complete traceability of our installations, committing to a rationale of continuous improvement.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Safety is an integral part of the culture at ZIEMEX. We are committed to protecting the physical and mental health of our employees, preventing accidents and guaranteeing a safe working environment which complies with regulations.
Our priorities:
- To reduce the number of accidents at work and work-related illnesses,
- To guarantee optimal working conditions,
- To adhere to regulatory obligations and the French Labour Code,
- To develop a genuine culture of safety at every level.
Tangible result: in 2024, at ZIEMEX, we achieved 0 work-related accidents with lost time, illustrating that our approach is sound.
RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
as a daily commitment
At ZIEMEX, we take concrete action to limit the environmental impact of our work. Our industrial site has been modernised to reduce energy consumption and favour the use of renewable energy.
Our biggest contributions:
Installation of 132 photovoltaic panels,
on the roofs of our facilities, providing around 6% of the site’s energy requirements and reducing CO₂ emissions by around 4 tonnes per year.
Installation of a closed recycling loop
and neutralisation of processing fluids. This process guarantees zero discharge into the natural environment.
Well-planned waste management
and control of polluting emissions
Installation of charging points
for electric vehicles
Responsible use of chemicals
and strict adherence to environmental regulations. Our pickling room is reserved for the safe use of acids. Products are recovered, reprocessed and recycled.
